In our After-School training program, students will stay in good physical shape and develop self discipline that will not only help them stay on task in school,
but will also help them develop respect and perseverance. Statistics show that kids who continue martial arts training throughout their childhood grow to become very successful as adults.
This program is specially designed for school-age students. Students will develop gross motor skills, increase listening skills and their ability to focus.
They will gain self confidence, self control and self esteem while learning basic martial arts skills. KCMAS certified instructors, will lead the students thru a
comprehensive age-specific curriculum that consists of fun drills and exercise to help students become their very best!!
